Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original seals and packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Return Policy (The Friendly Version)
No restocking fees, no attitude. If you bought a regular priced item and need to return it, you’ve got 14 days from the original purchase to do so.
Sale or discounted items? You’ve still got 14 days, and those returns will be for store credit or exchange only. All shipping costs are on you.
We’ll offer a refund or exchange on eligible items as long as you follow the steps below:
- Items must be shipped back to us prepaid, within 14 days of purchase, with your original receipt included.
- Items must be unused and in original condition.
- We don’t refund shipping costs.
- All returns must be pre-approved—email or call us for an R/A number and write it clearly on the package.
Shipping Fees
We work with third-party carriers, and their prices have been climbing like a kid on a halfpipe. So here's how it works:
- Original shipping charges will be deducted from your refund. (Exchanges are the exception—we’ll cover that.)
- Return shipping is your responsibility. The cost depends on your package size and where you're sending it from.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on final-sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
